Return and Refund Policy
At Bare Kind India, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Every pair of our bamboo socks is designed to bring joy and save animals. As a brand committed to sustainability, we strive to make our returns process transparent and fair.
Nebrica Kraft Private Limited is the authorized legal distributor for Bare Kind in India. All transactions, returns, and refunds are governed by the terms set forth below.
1. 7 Day return policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase date, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Packaging: The socks must be in their original packaging with all labels and "Save the Animal" tags intact.
- Hygiene Standard: Due to the personal nature of our products, socks that have been worn or removed from their card packaging cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

Note on Sustainability: While we offer returns, we kindly ask you to consider the environmental impact of shipping. Every return shipment increases our carbon footprint, and we encourage choosing carefully to help us stay as eco-friendly as possible.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team at Nebrica Kraft Private Limited, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI) within 7 to 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary across Indian financial institutions. If the issue persists, contact us at care@barekind.co.in.
4. Exchanges (Defective or Incorrect Items)
We only replace items if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

Wrong Size/Design: If you ordered the wrong size or design, you may exchange the item provided it is unused and labels are intact. You will be responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse.

Order Edits: You can edit your order (address or size) within 60 minutes of placement by contacting us immediately. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be redirected.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Sale/Outlet Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during clearance or "Outlet" sales are final and cannot be refunded.

Mystery Bundles: Due to the unique nature of mystery bundles, exchanges are not possible if you are unhappy with the specific designs received.
6. Legal & Distribution Identity
All returns and logistics are managed by our India Corporate Office. Please ensure all return shipments are directed to the correct warehouse address as provided by our support team.
