Payment Policy
This Payment Policy describes the payment methods accepted on barekind.co.in and the security measures applied at checkout.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for orders placed on barekind.co.in:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI-enabled apps)
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express, where applicable)
- Net Banking (major Indian banks)
- Razorpay (our payment gateway, which processes UPI, Card, and Net Banking transactions)
- Cash on Delivery (COD), available on select pin codes
Available payment methods and any applicable charges are displayed at checkout and may vary by order value or delivery location.
Payment Security
All online payments on barekind.co.in are processed through SSL 256-bit secure checkout. Payment details are processed directly by our payment gateway, Razorpay, and are not stored on our servers.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD orders are processed and dispatched only after successful confirmation through a phone call. COD eligibility is shown at checkout based on the delivery pin code.
Order Confirmation
Once payment is successfully completed, or a COD order is confirmed by phone, an order confirmation is sent by email and WhatsApp with the Order ID.
Currency
All prices on barekind.co.in are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Prepaid orders: 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- COD orders: 8-10 business days to the bank account or UPI ID provided.
Refund eligibility and conditions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
