Refund policy

At Bare Kind India, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Every pair of our bamboo socks is designed to bring joy and save animals. As a brand committed to sustainability, we strive to make our returns process transparent and fair.

Nebrica Kraft Private Limited is the authorized legal distributor for Bare Kind in India. All transactions, returns, and refunds are governed by the terms set forth below.

1. 7 Day return policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase date, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Packaging: The socks must be in their original packaging with all labels and "Save the Animal" tags intact.

  • Hygiene Standard: Due to the personal nature of our products, socks that have been worn or removed from their card packaging cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or a copy of your receipt to help us find your order quickly.

Note on Sustainability: While we offer returns, we kindly ask you to consider the environmental impact of shipping. Every return shipment increases our carbon footprint, and we encourage choosing carefully to help us stay as eco-friendly as possible.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team at Nebrica Kraft Private Limited, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed to the customer’s provided bank account or UPI ID within 8-10 business days after approval.

  • Customer-Requested Returns: For returns due to a change of mind, wrong size, or wrong design, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary across Indian financial institutions. If the issue persists, contact us at care@barekind.co.in.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and has its original labels and packaging intact.

  • Wrong Size/Design: If you ordered the wrong size or design, you may request an exchange provided the item meets our return conditions. Applicable return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order details and, where requested, photographs of the item. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund

  • Order Edits: You can request changes to your order, including address or size changes, within 60 minutes of placing the order by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or redirect it.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or Washed Items: Due to hygiene reasons, worn or washed socks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

  • Sale/ Outlet Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during clearance or "Outlet" sales are final and cannot be refunded.

  • Mystery Bundles: Due to the unique nature of mystery bundles, exchanges are not possible if you are unhappy with the specific designs received.

All returns and exchanges are processed by Nebrica Kraft Private Limited, the authorised legal distributor for Bare Kind in India.
