Welcome to Bare Kind India! We are committed to delivering your eco-friendly, animal-saving bamboo socks quickly, safely, and sustainably across India.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within **1 to 2 business days** (Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays). Cash on Delivery orders are processed and shipped only after successful confirmation through a phone call.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required! We partner with reliable, highly rated courier networks to ensure your socks arrive quickly and safely.

3. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email and WhatsApp update containing your courier tracking link and consignment ID. You can monitor your package in real-time.
4. Sustainable Packaging
In line with our commitment to the planet:
- Every order is shipped in 100% plastic-free, recyclable packaging.
- Individual sock pairs are protected in reusable fabric dust bags or compostable packaging, completely eliminating single-use plastics.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Packages
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if the courier tracking marks it as delivered but you have not received it:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at care@barekind.co.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91-900-409-2023 with your Order ID and photos/videos of the damaged outer box.
We will arrange an immediate replacement or credit note.
6. Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address, please inform us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, addresses cannot be altered in transit.
