Why Bamboo?

Our socks are made with bamboo fibre, chosen for its soft feel, breathability and everyday comfort.

Bamboo is also a fast-growing plant, making it an interesting fibre choice for products designed for regular, everyday use. It also has naturally moisture-wicking and antibacterial properties, which make it well suited to socks.

We believe sustainability is about making better choices wherever we can.

Each pair of Bare Kind socks comes with plastic-free, recyclable packaging, including our DustBag, which can be reused long after you've received your socks.

Our socks are also made using recycled fabric, helping us make more considered material choices at the product level.

As we grow in India, we're continuing to explore practical ways to reduce unnecessary waste across our products and packaging.

Made to Be Worn Again and Again

The most sustainable product is one that doesn't need replacing quickly.

Bare Kind socks are designed for regular wear, with construction focused on comfort, fit and durability. Taking good care of them can help extend their life and reduce the need for frequent replacement.

And when a pair has genuinely reached the end of its life, consider giving it a second purpose rather than sending it straight to the bin - old socks can be repurposed into cleaning cloths, craft projects, pet toys and other simple household uses.

10% of profits from every pair of socks is donated to conservation efforts and charities connected to the animal featured on that pair.
