When will my socks arrive?
Prepaid standard orders
Usually 5-7 business days from your order date. Standard shipping is free.
Cash on Delivery orders
Usually 8-10 business days after successful phone confirmation. COD orders are processed and shipped only after confirmation. Standard shipping is free.
Express delivery
Available in selected metro cities, generally within 1-2 business days. Check availability and the applicable charge at checkout.
These are delivery estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote locations and some North-East states may require an additional 2-3 business days. Check the final order total and any applicable service charges before paying.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday-Saturday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM IST or on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next business day. The standard delivery estimates above already start from the order date for prepaid orders, or successful confirmation for COD orders.
Track your parcel
After dispatch, we send your courier tracking link and consignment details by email and WhatsApp. Use that link to follow your parcel.
Change your delivery address
Contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed in transit.
Delayed, damaged or missing delivery?
For a delay, contact us with your order number and tracking details. If a parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, or is marked delivered but has not arrived, please notify us within 48 hours. Include your order number and available photos or videos of any packaging damage.
