can't cover
We love animals, but some things are out of our paws.
Pet damage, chewing and general mischief aren't covered. Even if the culprit is very cute.
The washing machine sock monster strikes everyone. Sadly, we can't replace missing pairs.
Bleach, scissors and high heat damage bamboo fibre. Please follow the care label.
For hygiene reasons, worn or washed socks can't be returned unless they're faulty.

How long do I have to report a problem?
Please contact us as soon as you spot an issue. Size and design exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is damaged, defective or wrong, we cover it. For size or design changes, return shipping is paid by you.
How long do refunds take?
Prepaid orders: 5–7 working days to your original payment method. Cash on delivery: 8–10 working days to your bank account or UPI.
Are sale items covered?
Sale items can't be returned for a change of mind, but they're still covered if they arrive damaged or faulty.
