As my hole family love animals, I bought 7 pairs, 1 pair for myself
I have worn my pair 3 times a day for 5 days for walks with my dog..
As you can see I have a hole in the heel of my pair already, so I am now not very happy about giving these socks as a gift

Hi Jayne, I am very sorry you have received some damaged socks. This is very rare but it can sometimes happen if thread gets caught when they are being made. I have sent you an email regarding replacing them.
I ordered these bat socks and then realised late at night that I'd ordered the wrong size! I emailed them to see if they would change the order, less than an hour later I got an email saying they caught the order and changed the size! It was like, one in the morning! That's excellent service, I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Socks are excellent quality too, I have a few pairs now. And good to know they're helping animals!

Why o why are there no child size bat socks? I would certainly buy 2pairs and I'm sure lots of parents would buy them to complete their little ones costume for that certain night and the children would love them.
